• 14 years of culinary background experience
• Associates Degree in the Culinary Arts achieved in 2006
• Le Cordon Bleu certified in the Culinary Arts
• Experience in money-management, labor, costs, sales, and revenue in the food industry
• Passion for culinary cuisine in creating, preparing, and presenting quality food

Description of Business

The Switch is a food service cart that will serve a variety of quality food to individuals in the Black Hills area. The Switch will not have a set menu in order to create a unique and fun cuisine that will provide guests the opportunity to experience tasty entrees along with local products. The Switch offers meals that are condensed to quicker and more efficient service while providing an outside dining experience in order to enjoy the Black Hills environment.
