Join us in the beautiful space where you can settle into stillness and leave with a lighter heart. Bring a mat, cozy blanket, and anything that helps you feel cozy and content. Seating is also available. All are welcome.

All set-up at the High Plains Western Heritage Center in Spearfish for their Christmas Shoppers Village. Entry is free the entire month of December and so many amazing local gifts to shop. They even have some amazing concerts and speakers on the weekends. Buzz out and check it out!

Had a blast helping with the newest mural in Spearfish City Park! We are so lucky to have so many amazing artists and community members who are willing to fight for cool community projects that are beautifying our town! Studies have shown that murals significantly reduce vandalism and actually promote community care. I can’t wait to see this complete. Thank you to the amazing artist for his dedication to Spearfish and designing this perfect addition to our town. If you get a chance check it out! Across from the fish hatchery right at the corner of the bike path as it curves along the creek.

The Balanced Brews Yoga Festival finale is an incredible Autumn Equinox sound therapy experience. Kiah Crowley, a beekeeper and owner of Sunrise Hives in Spearfish, knows what gold is and what good vibrations can do. Her honey is liquid light, and her sound therapy sessions connect you to the beyond.

Kiah is a multi-talented creative soul. She is a classically trained violinist, teaches children about the secrets of bees and other pollinators. She shares art lessons and her yoga and sound therapy classes in a variety of settings. You can find her during special events throughout the Black Hills, including Farmer's Markets, Yoga Festivals and more. We are truly grateful for her offerings and so excited to share this session with the attendees.

Balanced Brews Yoga Festival is an intimate event for yogis who love community, easy fun times and beer. CAT Scratch Studios and Crow Peak Brewing Company are teaming up to host this beautiful, blissful festival. This fundraising event for Creative Explorations Nonprofit is a vibrant community connection for you to move from Summer to Fall with intention. We are excited to expand our community, making BB a traveling festival! The festival has also bloomed - offering more space for participants to reconnect to self and others. We have curated another session for 2025!
