Located at 227 Elm Lake Road in Speculator, New York, we are a medium size maple syrup producer. We are committed to producing top quality Adirondack maple syrup. We sell our maple syrup in a variety of plastic containers as well as glass bottles. We also make maple cotton candy, maple sugar, and maple sugar candy. We have an assortment of gift boxes and gift baskets, and also make them to order.

We sell our products from our house or we are more than happy to ship within the United States. You can also find our products at the Speculator Department Store and in the summer we are at the weekly Thursday Farmers’ Market in Speculator. Please send us a message, phone call or feel free to stop by. We do not have a set schedule but when we are here we will be happy to accommodate you. We also offer tours of the sugar house upon request.

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day week and the upcoming maple weekend, we tried something a little different this morning that ended up being surprisingly delicious. Come in and try out our “Lucky Bacon”. 🍀🥓 Bacon with whiskey pickle spice, drizzled in McCombs maple syrup.
