Apollo is a proven sire. He has been exposed to and bred 74 ewes. He has offspring data submitted to NSIP.

We use Farmworks to rank our sires, and Apollo had the highest Daily Live Wt. Gains Average in the last group of ewes he bred competing against 3 seasoned older rams.

Three of Apollo's ram lambs in the last session ranked in the Top 4 of the group for weight gain and structure and were placed as breeding stock.

He is only being offered because we kept almost all of the ewe lambs he sired last session.

He was assigned to work in Group 1 starting August 23rd, 2025 and was given 24 ewes to breed. All were covered and bred within 18 days. We plan to keep the Top ranking ram lamb and several of the Top ewe lambs from this breeding group. This Group will lamb Jan 2026.

If you want to add fast growth and heavier frames to your lamb crop, Apollo is the ram for the job.

He has a current Negative Biosecurity screen for OPP, CL, and Johne's.

Greetings Folks,

Up for discussion are 2 Registered Katahdin ewe lambs.
These girls were born April 27th, 2025.

Sire: Lincoln (RHS 1479) RR This ram was born 4/2/2024 and his last weigh-in was 7/9/25 and he was 262lbs.
Dam: Jenga (MSU 2455) RR This ewe was born 2/10/24 and she was 144 lbs on 7/9/25
Both sire and dam have been codon tested thru Gene Check and have had Genomics done.

RHS 1099 - Speckled coat. She is Structurally correct and really gentle.
RHS 1100 - Kinda friendly, but more reserved. Maybe a few pounds heavier than her sister. She is very well-balanced with an awesome topline. She has a speckled nose and a large black spot on her front leg.

Both lambs were dam raised with no additional creep feed. Once weaned, they were segregated and started on a light grain ration.
They have had both CDT vaccines and have been vaccinated for Pneumonia.

All of our flock is enrolled in NSIP and we are committed to being a Biosecurity tested flock.

They will be offered as a pair only. Registration and Transfer fees with KHSI will be paid by us.

Asking $950 for the pair.

Greetings Folks,

Busy times on the farm.
Just finished collecting PWWT's on the Registered Katahdin ram and ewe lambs.

They are now ready for new homes.

We focus on fast early growth using pasture and minimal grain.

Since we use multiple herd sires, we can put together starter flocks.

We also mentor new producers that purchase our genetics.

Check out our website at www.roundhousefarm.net and sign up to receive a spreadsheet with the lambs information.

Our flock is Biosecurity tested Negative for OPP, CL, and Johne's. We are also an active member of NSIP and submit our data as scheduled.
All adults are codon tested.
We use rotational grazing to minimize parasites.
