Just a reminder!
We will be open tomorrow (Saturday the 30th) from 9am to 12pm. This will be our last day open until June 8th. We will be closing for our kitchen remodel and hopefully our lobby remodel if we get the kitchen done in time 🙂
Please stop by and see us because we’ll miss your faces for a whole week!

Happy fresh delivery Thursday!

Us ladies happen to get our deliveries made and sweet treats picked up.
What did we pick up you may ask?
We just had to have some of the banana pudding cookies, chocolate fudge, chocolate chip cookies and a raspberry lemon scone. 🤤😋

We did leave some fresh
Lion's mane, oyster, and Shiitake!

Reminder we will not be attending the Owen County Farmers Market . Make sure to stop by the bakery and pick up your fresh mushrooms today tomorrow and Saturday!

Reminder the bakery will be closed next week.

Growth Pattern: They are known to grow in large, crowded clusters on decaying wood or in soil rich with organic matter, often appearing in massive numbers.
Ecological Role: As saprophytic fungi, they play a crucial role in the ecosystem by decomposing organic material, signaling a healthy environment.

Orange Mycena (Mycena leaiana).
Appearance: They are characterized by their neon orange caps and stalks, often with reddish-orange gill edges.
Habitat: These mushrooms typically grow in dense clusters on decaying deciduous logs or wood.Edibility: They are considered inedible; while not poisonous, they are generally not worth foraging for consumption.
Characteristics: The orange pigment found in this species has antibiotic properties.

💖We will be open WEDNESDAY this week from 9-5 and we will also be OPEN ON SATURDAY from 9-12!
‼️After this week, we will CLOSE for a FULL WEEK (June 1-7) to start our kitchen remodel!!! We are EXPANDING and moving our kitchen to the building behind us which means….. AN OPEN AREA FOR SEATING!
We’ve waited almost 2 years now to make this happen and things are starting to come together 🫶🏼
😬We are closing to move our kitchen but this doesn’t mean we will get the lobby finished yet. We are going to try hard to get it all done in one go but the reality is that we may not have the lobby done until July.
Please be patient with us while we adjust! We promise it’ll be worth it in the end.
🙏🏼Since we will be closing for a full week, we have a BIG ASK! We’d LOVE if you’d show us all the support this week and make this an amazing week in sales! It’s so hard for a small business to close its doors for a week with no pay. But we must do so in order to grow a little more. Come in, stock up, give us words of encouragement, prayers, positive vibes, ALL OF IT!

We wouldn’t be able to GROW without you and we are so thankful you’ve given us the opportunity to do so after just 2 years in business. 🥰🥰🥰
