Sweet Springs Farm has been busy lately. We've had a couple of liters of piggies. Then our calf Jack and our hamp gilt Bianca visited EPS for Earth Day.

Sweet Springs took a hiatus for a few days but as you can see, we can't escape the farm.

We have one more week at the Bloomington Winter Farmers Market. Come see us next Saturday to load up on milk and meat.

Woke up way early, couldn't go back to sleep so I decided that I need to cook all of the things in our pantry and our freezer 🤪 but now we have....

-homemade bread
-chilli using our tomatoes and beef
-shepards pie with our pork,potatoes, green beans, squash, tomatoes and carrots I got from the farmer's market yesterday
-zucchini muffins
-butternut squash pie for dessert
-homemade poptarts bc I need to use up some strawberry jelly

I'd say we are set for meals this week
