These two twins Billy Ray (Cyrus) and Ella (Langley) are now 3 months old and are being weaned. I take them off their mother at night, milk the next morning, and put them back on for the day. I've been making goat cheese the past week and it is delicious, especially with some lemon zest added. The baby goats love to check out the milk stand for any feed left over by the mamas.
