Well - here comes the post we’ve been putting off…. It’s looking more and more like we won’t be able to reopen this year.

We finished up all of our planned projects only to be forced into what will likely become an expensive, disruptive water shed project. What water shed you say? Believe me, I know….

We are pushing as hard as we can to get things lined up for early spring. I know, that doesn’t get you pizza today. Thank you for still thinking of Brack’s! We promise things will even be better than before.

Hey Spicewood!

I know it’s been a while since our last post. Rest assured, we are still kickin 🙂

Some of the locals that drive by have seen the improvements we have been making.

This week, Robert is in Chi-town, testing new ovens and sampling a lot of great pizza! While we have a great cracker thin crust pizza, we want to make it even better! So, it’s back to the roots where the Chicago thin crust all started. Vito and Nicks!

Those of you that drive by the place have undoubtedly noticed all the stuff going on. With our downtime, we decided to move forward with a few big projects we had been planning for a number of years. Our first project involves making our beergarden area accessible to our guests.

Lots of stuff going on throughout the summer.

We’ll be posting some updates on our progress. Our likely reopening will be this fall.
