We are moving our Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc inventory BY THE CASE over the next two weekends.

Austin, the celebration has begun. Welcome to Week 1 of our final 2 weekends, featuring a true Texas icon. 🎸

This Saturday at 3:00 PM, we are hosting Michael Samuels LIVE on the patio. Michael is a seasoned pro who spent years on the road touring with Willie Nelson, and he’s bringing that legendary singer-songwriter energy to our Hill Country finale.

The forecast says 90 degrees, but we’ve got your survival kit ready: The Sunset Spritzer Carafe ($25). ❄️🍊🍓 Chilled estate whites and sparkling water, poured over frozen fruit "ice" to keep it ice-cold while you enjoy the set.

Only 3 weekends left to sit in these chairs and watch the sunset at El Gaucho. 🌅

We’re making these final days count by opening up the "good stuff" from the back of the cellar. This weekend, we’ve got our signature Cabernet Sangria ($28) and a very limited run of Mimosa Carafes ($45) made from our final 16 bottles of reserve Sparkling.

To make it even more special, the incredible Gigi Worth is taking the stage both days! 🎤

I HAVE TOO MUCH WHITE WINE ON MY HANDS (literally). 🥂

As I was moving cases around this morning, I realized we are sitting on way more white wine than we can pour in our final 6 weeks.

I’d rather sell it to my neighbors at a discount than pack it all up when the Tasting Room closes on March 29th.

So, I’m making an executive decision right now:
