Oberhasli buckling available to pack goat home - located in North Idaho!

He is pictured here at 6 days old. He has had 4 half brothers go to pack homes who are all doing amazing (several are even being handled by children - these goats have great dispositions!) He is on the bottle and will be ready to go to his new home at 2 wks old (on April 7th).

The herd is negative for CAE, CL, Johnes, Brucellosis, and Tuberculosis. Holistic based - buyers choose if their kid is 💉 or not. He is not disbudded. 🙂

We have more exciting news! Vanjust SNL Pakriti 5*M (ADGA Pend) is due March 21st! Pakriti has two national champions in her recent pedigree (Bramble 05-05 EEEE 92 and Kim VEEE 91), and her dam appraised very nicely 05-04 VVEE 90.

She is bred to Ober-D’Rainbow HSH Millennium (a Hush son). Millennium’s dam appraised 05-03 VEVE 90.

2nd doeling and possibly 1st buckling reservation is available.

We’ve been MIA on this page for quite some time… but now that spring is slowly approaching, we are back with some big news! First up, we have a new addition joining the farm in February! One of these male pups will join Raynor and Signe in guarding our farm. The plan is to pair this pup with Signe for a litter or two, so keep an eye out for that in the future!

It was time to get some updated photos of our LGD, Signe. Our goats are quite safe with her - she is an incredibly intense and vigilant LGD who takes her job quite seriously. Armenian Gamprs are absolutely the best. ♥️

We’ve got Oberhasli babies! These adorable twin bucklings were born yesterday evening (so not even 24 hours old yet in the photos) and are on the hunt for packing homes. Their two half brothers from last year went to a packing home and are doing phenomenally well. They have the ideal temperaments to be pack goats, especially for families with kids. They will be ready to go on 5/24 as bottle babies. It is buyers choice if they want their kid to be vaccinated and/or disbudded or not. Kids are started on an herbal dewormer at 4 days old. No chemicals wormers or medications given unless needed. PM us if interested!

Millie’s son, Rain Lake Triple Crown, went off to his new home a couple days ago! He will be one of the herd sires for Ober-D’Rainbow Caprines! We are excited to see what he does on their farm and mine. (I will be able to breed some of my does back to him)

Millie kidded yesterday and delivered One. Giant. Buck. He was over 10lbs at birth. Definitely not the outcome I was hoping for with this AI, but it is what it is. He still is quite beautiful! We are looking for someone local who would want him at a discounted price in return for us having the ability to breed some of our does back to him.

We have some exciting news! Our first AI breeding of the year was a success! Ober-D’Rainbow Mildred 1*M (pend) is confirmed pregnant to Klisse’s JTM Blue Jay! She is due December 31st.

I have included two photos of Blue’s daughters in another herd, along with Millie’s 2nd freshener udder on a 12 hr fill, 8 months into the freshening. Her udder is empty in her side shot.

Trinity Valley Nevaeh 10*M (*M pending) is the reigning queen of the milk parlor. At 2 months fresh on her 2nd test, she produced 18.4 lbs of milk, 3.42% butterfat, and 2.59% protein. Go Nevaeh!

She is pictured here one year ago as a 2nd freshener. I will get updated photos of her soon!
