I just wanted to address something, lightly.

I apologize to anyone that has come by right before 8:00pm when we have closed early. I do my best to post if we're going to close, and sometimes I don't.

There have been a few times when we've sold out, or we simply had to leave early. It doesn't happen very often but it does happen. You can always shoot us a text or a message here on Facebook to check if we’re still open.

We still only have two full time bakers, and one who is still training part time. Tammy and I (Laura) have been working for 60 days straight with no full day off. We're tired, stretched thin and trying really hard to keep things moving. But burnout is a thing, and we're exhausted. Caffeine only does so much and 5-6 hours asleep plus 12-18 hour work days are hard on anyone. So if you come by between 7:30-8:00 and we're closed, either we're sold out, or we HAD to leave for something important. We will not close unless it's absolutely necessary. But we WILL reopen the next day.

That being said, we're doing all we can to keep things running smoothly so we don't run out of product and so that we're able to keep staying open every day!

We appreciate each and every one of you and we value your time and support, and we know it's frustrating if we're closed. But I promise we will be here each day, and we will let you all know if we have to close for whatever reason.

We do have a few days during the next few months that we will be closed, but it's for holidays!

We love you all so much, thank you for continuing to show up for us and allowing us to show up for you

We've been working for 60 days straight without a proper rest day, and we desperately need a break.

Other than these days, we will be open normal hours until Christmas.
