For those who are curious and confused about what exactly has been going on with our bakery, we've recently decided to change our focus.

We now bake exclusively for Luna Spokane, where you can now go to find our breads! We have for now our basic loaves (Pain au Levain, Rustic, Ciabatta and Baguette) as we begin to re-evaluate our recipes and methods.

Friends!

Due to this that and another thing we have found ourselves with an excess of fresh bread today! So listen up!

We have Kalamata Ciabatta, Garlic Paramesan Pain Au Levain, Sprouted Quinoa Rustic, Milk Stout Rye and a ton of baguettes, and plain ciabatta, rustic and pain au levain!

Also, $1 pastries! Cookies, scones, croissants (ham and cheese, chocolate or plain!)
