Biscuits and Gravy - Biscuits: 4.3 out of 5
These were good. Not doughy, but not overly fluffy. These are really good biscuits for this dish.
Biscuits and Gravy - Gravy: 4.5 out of 5
Solid gravy, has something extra (rosemary, possibly?). Consistency is great, thick with enough sausage to know it is there (but not overwhelming).
Summary:
I don’t believe in being petty, but the only frustrating thing was that my kid ordered something that took a long time to make, and they didn’t put my stuff under a heat lamp, so I based my recommendation on what I imagine they would have been like if they were hotter. The cook seemed new, it happens and by now he’s probably got it down (this was a few weeks ago). The server was very nice, kept my coffee hot and I imagine if I sent it back she would have dealt with it.
All in all, a very good experience.
