A couple of things you need to try this week 🍽️

🍟 Duck Fat Fries — straight cut potatoes fried in beef tallow, topped with herb compote duck fat, duck fat powder, herbes de Provence, and Grana Padano. Yeah, it’s as good as it sounds.

🥖 Chicago Beef Sandwich — house shaved beef dipped in Chicago gravy, piled on a crusty Turano roll with sweet peppers, house giardiniera, and house hop cheese.
