Our favorite time of year, fresh hop season is upon us! Yesterday Bret showed up with a truckload of Indie Hops LLC Luminosa hops grown at Goschie Farms . The crew quickly got to work unloading, shredding and brewing up these little green buddies.

Spokane, thank you! We have received an amazing outpouring of words of support and encouragement following the fire at our building and we are grateful for this community.

THIS FRIDAY 8/28 we will open up the garage door on Pine St to sell cans of our beer. Please come help support our tasting room staff and our business by buying some cans to go! We will be open from 2pm-6pm. Cannot wait to see all of your smiling faces. Cheers!

TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Early on the morning of August 23, our building was damaged by a vandalism fire. We are incredibly grateful to the Spokane City Firefighters who responded quickly. The fire damage was mostly contained to the west portion of our building. We will be closed for the next several days to clean up and make sure the space is safe and smoke free for your return. We hope to see you out for a pint or two when we’re back open.

Last week we whipped up a beer that is going to be used to support the fire relief efforts here in Spokane. In collaboration with many other Spokane breweries the proceeds of this West Coast IPA will be donated to HOME to help support those who been affected by the devastating fires here in Spokane. Brewed with ingredients generously donated by LINC Malt , Cold Stream Malt & Grain Co. , CLS Farms and Hollingbery & Son Hops, keep a look out for this beer in the next couple weeks!

We teamed up with Parliament Brewing Company to brew something juicy for Grainmaker. This Hazy IPA is built on a malt bill of Francin Pilsner, Cashup White Wheat, and Elwha River Spelt Pale from our friends at LINC Malt and Cold Stream Malt and Grain. Hopped with Peachrine, Strata, Idaho 7, and Citra Cryo, then finished with a dusting of Nelson Sauvin hop kief for that extra layer of dank. The result? Straight-up peach juice and pineapple in every sip.
