Bringing back some O.F. Classics with my own twist.
This Thursday at 291 Brewhouse from 5p-9p. I have Pork Adobo made with some Smoked Pork Belly and Pork Tendwrloin.
My MAMA also chipped in and made Lumpia Togue, which is made with Sweet Potato, Mung Bean Spr I uts, Cabbage and Green Beans. Served with Spiced Vinegar.
Show out tomorrow and come hungry!
