GRAINMAKER, a festival built around collaboration, community, and celebrating the Pacific Northwest barley harvest, is tomorrow, Friday, August 7, at Brick West.

It’s been a heartbreaking week for Spokane, and it’s hard to think about anything else. But we’re grateful that an event centered around bringing people together can also help support our community when it needs it most.

More than 50 breweries from across the West Coast brewed collaboration beers highlighting malt from LINC Malt Cold Stream Malt & Grain Co. and Washington Association of Wheat Growers all in celebration of the Inland Northwest barley harvest.

A few weeks ago we headed to Portland to brew our collaboration with Breakside Brewery for Grainmaker. Daylight Savings is a crisp 6% Summer IPA brewed with LINC-grown malt and hopped with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin. It’ll be pouring tomorrow alongside more than 25 other one-off collaboration beers.

MIRAGE × Uprise Brewing Co.

Today we’re releasing Mosh Call, our 4 Year Anniversary West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Mirage.

Brewed with Nectaron, Citra, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Citra Quantum, this beer is bright, punchy, and loaded with some of our favorite hop varieties.

Available today at the Uprise taproom for our 4 Year Anniversary Party, and coming very soon to Mirage and select spots around the Seattle area.

3-Way IPA // All three versions of the 2026 3-Way IPA collaboration with Fort George Brewery and shredbeer . We’ll have the West Coast IPA, Hazy Double IPA, and NZ IPA all on draft.
