Calling all farmers and composters! We are looking for someone who could put our spent grain and other brewing byproducts to good use.

Brewing beer creates a surprising amount of organic byproduct, and since day one we’ve made a conscious effort to collect and side stream all of it instead of sending it to waste or down the drain. We’ve worked with the same local farmer since we opened, but as we’ve grown we’re now producing more material than they can realistically take on, so we are looking for a second group to help us out.

The main thing we are looking for help with is roughly 250 gallons a week of nutrient rich hop and yeast slurry from the brewing process that works great as compost input. We also have a few totes of spent grain each week that make incredible cattle feed or compost material.

Earlier this week we released a brand new West Coast IPA packed with Galaxy, Citra, Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra Cryo hops. Tropical, bright, punchy, and tasting awesome right now.

To go with it, we also dropped a limited run of merch including Comfort Colors women’s boxy tees in and some 100% cotton heavyweight tees.

Today is the day! 3-WAY IPA Release Party at Uprise.

Starting at 5pm we’ll have 3-WAY IPA on tap and fresh cans to-go, the crew in the house, patio bar open, and .wild.studio spinning tunes on the patio all evening. We’re also tapping a single keg of Citra Fields IPA that definitely won’t last long.

Come celebrate the release of 3-WAY 2026 with us.
