The Flavor Gang started with Ross Flanigan. After years of personal training and dealing with restrictive diets, he and his wife began making better-tasting food that still fit the numbers. In 2018 they opened Gainz Bakery in Texas, a café and meal-prep spot that quickly outgrew its space and turned into a full restaurant. The sauces they created for the menu became popular enough that, in 2020, Ross stepped back from the restaurant side to build The Flavor Gang — a brand focused on small-batch, macro-friendly sauces and hot cereals that prove you don’t have to eat bland food to stay on track.

Bowl O’ Gainz is their signature product: a smooth, rice-based hot cereal designed as a clean carbohydrate source that tastes like dessert instead of plain cardboard.
