Spring showed up… and things are starting to look a whole lot brighter around here.

Fishing opener is in the books, the sun is finally pulling its weight, and we’ve been busy making a few much-needed updates inside Round Man. New roof overhead (farewell, buckets 👋) and a fresh new floor going in this week.

We’ll be closed Wednesday to let the floor stain cure properly.

Then on Thursday, we’ll open the doors back up and welcome you in to check out the refreshed space.

Same good food, cold beer, and a place to gather—just with a little polish.

Eat. Drink. Repeat.

Officially it's named the Triple Chocolate Cake.
Unofficially (and correctly), we call it Nikki’s Chocolate Cake. 😉

COBRA CHICKEN. Oreo Milkshake Stout.

Big. Bold. Aggressive.
This one doesn’t ease you in, it kicks the door open. Massive chocolate body, creamy milkshake smoothness, and a full-on Oreo situation. Dark cocoa, sweet cream, cookie crumble… all of it coming in hot and sticking around longer than you planned.

Like its namesake, it’s loud, a little territorial, and not remotely concerned with your personal space.

Approach with confidence.

We added more shiny stainless to the brewery because apparently you all refuse to slow down on drinking our beer. Rude. Flattering. Mostly flattering.

New tanks = more capacity.
More capacity = more of your favorites.
And yes… more room for the brew guys to get weird with it.
