Throwback Thursday to one of our favorite dessert recipes, the Magnolia Parfait:

- 1 package Magnolia Blend
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 container vanilla yogurt
- shredded coconut (or other topping of choice

Cook magnolia blend according to package and let cool. In a small jar or cup layer rice, yogurt, then blueberry pie filling. Top with shredded coconut or other topping and serve!

We love quick and easy recipes that have loads of flavor! Try our favorite Italian salad recipe!

Can be made warm or cold.
- 10 oz package of The Wild Italian blend
- 5 oz mini pepperonis
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 6 oz black olives (drained and sliced)
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- cherry tomatoes
- Italian vinaigrette or dressing of choice

Prepare rice per package directions.
Combine pepperoni, mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, and black olives with warm or cooled rice blend. Add in dressing of choice, toss, and serve!

Check out this classic and easy wild rice ground beef casserole recipe!

- 1 2/3 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 lb ground beef (do not brown)
- 4 oz can mushrooms (undrained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup EACH diced celery and onion
- 1 soup can water
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Blend all ingredients (except cheese) together and place in casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
