One quarter beef cost.
People have been inquiring about how much a quarter beef cost. Here is a breakdown so you will now know. The last beef steer that we had processed had a live weight of around 1,400 lbs. That's also known as live on the hoof. Once the steer was slaughtered the total hanging weight was 989 lbs.. The beef is cut and packaged according to your instructions to our butcher, Mike at Mike's Northwoods locker. You can either make arrangements to pick up your order at the farm or Mike's Northwoods Locker.
A $500.00 deposit is required to place your order.
We are currently taking orders for Fall 2025.Supply and availability is limited.
