We pride ourselves on raising pastured poultry and pork using sustainable agriculture methods. Mulligan Creek Acres is a small family farm located atop the picturesque Mohawk and Schoharie River Valleys in Upstate New York. We pride ourselves on raising pastured poultry, turkey and purebred, Berkshire pork on organically maintained pastures and fed local, custom milled non-GMO grains.

I am deeply honored to have been selected as United We Om's Karma Project grant recipient. Through the grant, we were able to provide 30 veteran families in Montgomery County with a variety of local, nutrient dense meats, soups and stews, delivered to their homes. Offerings were designed to accomodate and respect dietary restrictions, religious and cultural beliefs. Thank you, Jenny, Matt, and the board members of United We Om!

Tanya Moyer is an inspiring farmer, educator and the owner of Mulligan Creek Acres Farm, a pasture based, holistically managed farm in upstate New York! United We Om feels blessed to support Tanya, as she works with the local Veterans community to provide nutritionally dense meals to Veterans who are living below the poverty-line in Montgomery County, NY.
