Cerruto Family Farm We sell pastured pigs We raise pastured pigs on our family farm. Our sow is a heritage breed Gloucestershire Old Spot which we cross with a Yorkshire boar.

The pigs eat a natural diet of plants, roots, insects and worms they find in our pastures. We also provide them with antibiotic-free pig feed. To avoid stress on the animal, slaughtering is done here on the farm. We do all the processing ourselves in our butchering facility to ensure the highest possible quality for you and your family. We offer several varieties of bacon including plain, black pe

pper, herb, and 100% maple syrup flavored. With no added water and 8-12 hours of real hickory smoke, our bacon tastes like nothing you can find in the supermarket. In addition to the standard pork belly we can optionally make "buckboard bacon" from the shoulder. This results in a meatier, leaner bacon. Legs are usually cured and smoked to produce delicious hams. Bone-in, boneless, large or small, you can have your ham any way you like it. Alternatively you may specify plain roasts, cutlets, or steaks. The loins can be smoked for Canadian bacon or made into chops, roasts, or cutlets. We make the following types of sausage: Italian sweet, Italian hot, breakfast, country, and fresh Polish and smoked Polish. We sell whole, and half pigs only. A half pig will produce about 70 pounds of meat. The price is $6.50 per pound of packaged take-home cuts. Butchering, smoking, sausage, etc... is all included. We can deliver within 50 miles of the farm for a small fee or you can pick it up here.
