Welcome back friends! Life has been crazy on the farm, boys are all in school, and we’ve been struggling with what seems like an endless cycle of sickness! Besides adding more chickens(of course!), we’ve ventured into the world of micro greens! These beauties in the picture below are a radish variety that add a crisp, peppery taste to salads, sandwiches, or even a nice garnish on soups! While we are currently growing them for a local coffee shop, we’d like to extend our goodies to local friends and family. We have plenty of radish sprouts at the moment, but will be adding a sweet variety of pea spouts this week! If you’d like to join us on our greens journey, reach out and let us know!
