Daffodil is wonderful big loving and doting F1 mom! She has plenty of milk for twins- and is a triplet herself! This year’s daughter will go get judged at NAVS and we also retained last year’s daughter. Daffodil herself got 2nd in the wool class in the NJ sheep and fiber festival. (Beat by her best friend!)

Daffodil is from a Cotswold mom. Jamie Wood, UK Valais judge and grader looked at her as a ewe lamb and asked why so many are using Scottish blackface as foundations. He had just finished judging and commented on the multitude of sheep with heads and bodies of the Valais but with the bottom half of a SBF sheep as F3’s and higher - and here was Daffodil with substance of bone and leg wool already as a F1! He was very interested in the progression! Her lambs all look great- this year’s daughter has both horns, gorgeous wool (and leg wool), great conformation and the sweet disposition of both the Valais and the Cotswold!!

These girls all have carried embryos for us and are available at weaning. They are excellent moms and sweet big girls.
