The Beef Share program is the best way to stock your freezer with high-quality, local meat. Pricing is based on hanging weight, which includes all processing fees and guidance throughout the entire transaction.

* Quarter Beef: Estimated ~70 lbs of take-home beef.

* Half Beef: Estimated ~140 lbs of take-home beef.

* Whole Beef: Estimated ~280 lbs of take-home beef.

What’s in a Share?
Regardless of the size you choose, your order will typically consist of this fair estimate:
* 50% Flavorful Ground Beef
* 30% Savory Roasts, Ribs, Brisket, and Stew Meat
* 20% Hand-Cut Steaks

📝 You will get to choose all of your cuts, packaging, and size. You choose the best products for your family.
