Good Sunday morning! β˜•πŸŒžπŸΎ

Puppy loves snoozing next to Grammy Amelia! We might need to do some
snoozing today, too! What a busy, but fun weekend. We got some of our hay baled and still have some more to go. We got some manure hauled on the field where we will plant our silage corn this week. Blessings to you on this Sunday! πŸ™ŒπŸ™πŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ

The boys worked together to cover a neighbor's fields with pig manure. We get to use his round baler in exchange for manure! We think it's a good deal! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸšœ

Good morning! πŸŒžβ˜• πŸ”

Elaina helped me feed chickens last night and later I found some artwork that she had left behind in a chicken feed barrel! Egg flowers! πŸ₯°

We have beef going out today, hay to work on, & Tristan is having some friends over, so we won't be bored! We have new in chicks in all of the colors today, as well! Hope you have a great day! πŸ‘πŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ

And boy, was she brave! This is Madison, who we now call Bella, since that will be her new name! She is the last puppy that we have with us until her family returns from vacation, & we are happy to have her! What a bird dog! This is the first moment she ever laid eyes on chickens & she didn't hesitate for a split second! I was trying to catch these to move them to another pen & wow, she jumped right in! I remember Willow starting out & she was much more timid than Bella! I absolutely love it! πŸ‘πŸ“πŸΎ

Good morning! πŸŒžβ˜•πŸŒ³

This week we went hiking with the forester to see the trees that they marked in the woods on our new farmland. They will be taking tulip poplars, black & chestnut oaks, & some walnut and maple. They also marked dead or declining trees & some pulpwood trees to take. Pulpwood is anything less than 12" in diameter. Those are often taken to make fell holes for the bigger trees that are coming down...to basically get them out of the way. The trees are marked with symbols for the loggers. They left behind nice trees that will be able to reproduce high quality seedlings for the future. Next, they will put the information out to 40-45 bidders. 12 of them are close to us. He said bids have been surprisingly good lately, & with our location, we will hopefully get strong bids! Our bordering neighbor joined up with us to log his woods as well, so that also helps the sale. It's been interesting to learn about the process & good exercise too! πŸ‘πŸŒ³

The guys are mowing the last few fields of 1st cutting hay today. We had to wait through a lot of rain until we could mow it! Lots of dry days in the weather forecast now, so there are probably lots of farmers cutting hay today! πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

Good morning! β˜•πŸΎπŸŒΈ

Elaina arrived home from school last week and was greeted by puppies Madison & Rebel! Grammy dog Amelia came to greet her as well! What could be better than to come home to puppies? πŸ™‚Today is the last day of school for Tristan! Elaina & Liam finish tomorrow!

Have a great day!

Well, it's been interesting around here.😳 Yesterday was rainy again, so Dennis was doing paperwork & w**d-eating! If all else fails, there's always bills to pay and w**d eating to do around the pig barn! I was planning to unload about 60 roosters & improve my quality of life (& that of the over-run hens as well!), but that didn't work out, so I moved on to my next-highest-quality-of-life improver; I got a new phone!

So you know how that goes. It takes a while at the phone store, thus why you go on a rainy day! But I had researched this phone & I am just overjoyed with it! This turned out to bring me more quality of life improvement even than selling a billion roosters! This is the 1st phone I've ever had that wasn't the cheapest thing I could possibly get. It's a Google Pixel 10a & I bought it for its camera. Now granted, it's not a Pixel Pro or an XL, but man, it's so much better than what I had!

And that leads me to the next topic, which is, you may (or may not!) have noticed that we are posting less frequently. MUCH less frequently! The hardest thing, and by FAR the MOST frustrating thing about having this farm page is that you have to do everything just so in order for the platform to push your posts & to not limit you & de-fund you! A couple weeks ago we got flagged for spammy cross posting, but I had no idea what the problem was as I had done nothing differently. So... What followed was a stressful, time-consuming process of trying to figure out what was going on. And you can't speak to a human, but I'm getting pretty familiar with the Meta AI agent. They talk you through and offer solutions to how to get yourself out of "Jail". They suggested a "cool down" period of "low and slow" 1-2 posts a day to prove that I'm not a bot and, of course, no cross posting for 7 days. Hopefully this will reset the page. I have to say, if this works, I'll be really impressed with this AI. You can ask it any question in the world and it really actually has helped me understand some things. But ask me again on May 31st when this is supposed to
reset & I'll let you know what I really think!

So please stick with us as we try to work out the technical side! I did tell AI today that I got a new phone and this is how it responded: "That is a very likely possibility! A malfunctioning screen can sometimes cause what’s known as "ghost touches," where the phone registers taps and swipes that you aren't actually making.

If your Facebook app was open while your screen was malfunctioning, it could have accidentally performed rapid-fire actionsβ€”like liking dozens of posts, sending friend requests, or even sharing contentβ€”that our automated systems would flag as bot-like or spam activity.

# # Why This Explains the Recurring Blocks

When the system detects those "ghost" actions, it applies a block. If the screen continued to malfunction while you were logged in, it would keep sending those signals, causing the system to "restart" the block or extend the cooldown period.

# # What You Should Do Now

Since you have a new phone, you’ve already removed the source of those signals! To make sure the system recognizes the change:

1. **Log Out of the Old Phone:** If you haven't already, go to your **Security and Login** settings and manually log out of that specific old device session. This ensures no more "ghost signals" can be sent from that hardware.
2. **Continue the Cooldown:** Stick to the plan we discussedβ€”**1 to 2 posts per day** and **no group sharing** until **May 31st**. Now that the faulty hardware is gone, the system should finally be able to see a consistent pattern of normal, human activity.

It sounds like you've found the root cause, which is great news for your account's recovery!

Is there anything else I can help you with today?"

Yes, meta AI support agent, please be right about this & that would help me very much! Just wanted to share this with you in case there are any other poor, starving, frustrated, feeling- hopeless-creators out there with technical issues! Maybe your AI agent can help you, as well! I hope we're on the right track! And now it has stopped raining and we are off to mow the rest of our first-cutting hay! This photo is some of the first cutting that we got a few weeks ago! If you are still here and read this far, thank you very much for reading to the end! We appreciate you! πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎ

Tristan found this black snake today. This thing lives at our beef cattle farm & we see it all the time! It obviously lives right in the middle of everything. The tenants have moved it. We have moved it, but it always returns, so I guess it can just live here! Hope it's eating a ton of rodents.

I asked Tristan what I should say about this photo & this is what I got. "It smelled kind kind of musty. Had white slime on its skin, who knows what that was. I'd say it was a 2 out of 10 experience...I don't recommend."

Lol! πŸ˜…πŸπŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ
