She takes her new position very seriously. Bottles were inspected. Shelves were checked. Management was closely supervised. 🧐

It’s official. The book is out.

And somehow the timing worked out perfectly.

29 years ago today, we opened our health store. That’s the first $10 we ever made, signed by one of our very first customers.

29 years later, I wrote a book about a whole lot of things those years made me question. 😂

Bend Over and Take It is available now.

Still feels a little strange saying that.

I’m not expecting everyone to agree with what I wrote. Actually, I’m pretty sure they won’t.

But that’s kind of the point.

I didn’t write it to tell people what to think. I wrote it to give people a few things to think about.

Well… I did a thing.

After nearly 30 years in the health and nutrition business, I finally decided to put some of my thoughts on paper.

Food. Supplements. Prescription drugs. Exercise. Obesity. Disease. The FDA. Big Pharma. Health myths. And quite a few things that have made me ask “why?” over the years.

Somehow, that turned into an actual book.

It's opinionated. It's sarcastic. It's probably going to p**s a few people off. And if you've ever had a conversation with me at Gator Nutrition, none of that should surprise you. 😂

It's almost ready.
