In this next episode of Please Don’t Feed Anyone This Stuff… 😂

This goes in your coffee every morning?

Mine has two ingredients: milk and cream.

Sometimes eating cleaner really isn't complicated.

Read the damn label.

December 2, 1997. 😂

Three months after we officially opened Gator Nutrition, we had our Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting.

Almost 29 years later…we’re still here.

Anybody remember this Gator?

Apparently Jessie and I decided to get sick together. 😂

A couple things I forgot to mention…

Fresh-squeezed organic orange juice would be great too.

And we don’t go running to the doctor looking for antibiotics for a cold. Colds are caused by viruses. Antibiotics don’t treat viruses.

Otherwise, this is what we do when we get a cold. Not saying everybody should do what we do—pay attention to your own body and figure out what works for you.

Now hopefully we can get rid of this damn thing. 😂

Why did I write Bend Over and Take It?

After nearly 30 years behind the counter at Gator Nutrition, I had a few things I needed to say. 😂

Apparently yelling at customers wasn’t enough.

The latest installment of “Please Don’t Feed Anyone This Stuff.” 😂

Popular brand-name pancake syrup vs. actual maple syrup.

It’s syrup. Why the hell does it need all this stuff?

Corn syrup. High fructose corn syrup. Cellulose gum. Caramel color. Preservatives. Natural and artificial flavors.

Or…

100% pure organic maple syrup.

I’m not telling you maple syrup is a health food. It’s sugar.

But if I’m going to eat syrup, I’d rather eat actual syrup.

Read the damn label.

Okay… this is pretty damn cool to see. 😂

Bend Over and Take It is officially stocked at Gator Nutrition.

Paperbacks and hardcovers are here.

09/15/2026

Why the hell do we keep messing with food?

Organic tomatoes. Organic cane sugar. Organic spices.

Or… conventionally grown tomatoes and spices, high fructose corn syrup AND corn syrup.

And this is only freakin’ ketchup.

Who remembers the “log cabin” Gator Nutrition? 😂

Six locations over nearly 30 years, but this one might always be the most iconic.

May 2011.

Supplements aren’t magic.

And anyone telling you they are probably wants to sell you something.

09/10/2026

Please don’t feed anyone this stuff.

Seriously. Read the ingredients.

We’ve gotten so used to seeing ingredient lists like this that somehow this became normal.

Sugar. Bad flour. Modified food starch. Hydrogenated oils. Maltodextrin. Artificial colors. BHT.

Then they add some vitamins and minerals back in.

This is breakfast?

Read the damn labels, people.
