Early's Honey Stand Authentic Southern Foods Since 1925. Quality Food, Specialty Gifts & Friendly Service
Small Business Highway 31 in serene Spring Hill, Tennessee.

In 1925, Early's was just a simple roadside honey stand under a big shade tree on U.S. Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills, we sold our rich golden honey during the summer and slow-smoked country meats during the winter. Lots of people traveling from the north to sunny Florida, and then back home, stopped to buy our delicious products. That's how folks all over the country got to know Early's.

Cobbler Creation's Blackberry is a favorite here with Early's Staff. We have been known to get one and cook it in the warehouse airfryer to share.
They are very delicious and we never have any leftovers, so be warned.
The cobblers are very convenient as they just go straight from freezer to oven, no thawing necessary, and cook for about 45 minutes.
We want to make sure if you want it for a gathering that you order ahead, as sometimes we have days that customers that wipe us out!
