Just a reminder, in case you missed the memo, I will NOT have sourdough loaves in the stand this weekend 9/11-13

Unfortunately I am limited on fridge space, prep time and oven bake space/time, so was unable to squeeze in FCFS original loaves on this mini bake week like I have been doing.

I do have loads of other goodies this week, including cinnamon rolls!

Updating the schedule!

🌳🌲Wanted to make sure you all saw I am taking one last break for 2026 and we will be CLOSED September 25-27!🌲🌳

We also have the spooktacularly sweet stroll on October 30th and we have special hours the week before Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving week: I will be closed the Friday before Thanksgiving but will be open Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving for pre-orders and a limited stand offering.

Almond Croissant Shortbread Bars are in the stand this weekend! 9/11–13

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE items on the menu.

A buttery shortbread crust topped with frangipane, toasted almonds, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Basically, almond croissant vibes in shortbread bar form.

They’re also one of the oddest items on my menu. 😂 I regularly have people order 4–12 of these at a time (hence the multiples discount!), but when I put them in the stand for FCFS… they hardly move.

Maybe I need to work on the packaging. Maybe they just look a little boring and bland sitting there, which they are anything BUT.

But if you like shortbread AND almonds, I'd highly recommend giving one of these a try, I think you'll enjoy!
