This week's menu is packed with stuffed cookies, cookie bars, apple cider caramel pull-apart bites, and more!
🌙 September Cookie of the Month: Crater Cake
A thick chocolate chip cookie swirled with cinnamon sugar and topped with buttery coffee cake crumble. This flavor was actually inspired by a customer suggestion, and we couldn't resist bringing it to life!

📍 Bakery Cart Hours:
Friday–Sunday | 8 AM–8 PM

Fall has officially arrived at Baked By Brooke 🤎🍁
Our Fall Menu Vol. 1 is here, packed with cozy flavors, nostalgic treats, and a few brand-new creations we've been dreaming about all summer long. From Pecan Pie Bars and Pumpkin S’mores to Maple Banana Bread, Apple Cider Caramel Pull-Apart Bites, and all your favorite stuffed cookies, this is just the beginning.

✨ A quick note: our bakery cart is small, so we won't be able to fit every item from this menu at once. Flavors will be rotating throughout the weekend, which means every visit may have something a little different waiting for you!

This is Volume 1 of our fall menu, and if you know me, you know fall baking is my absolute favorite season. Expect even more cozy flavors, limited-time specials, and new menu drops throughout the next few months.

💕 As always, pre-orders are open! Because everything is baked in small batches, some flavors do sell out quickly. If there's a specific item you've had your eye on, sending a pre-order is the best way to guarantee you get exactly what you want.

You guys have been AMAZING this weekend! 💕
Unfortunately, with the storms moving in and lightning in the area, we had to take down the tent and pull in the bakery cart earlier than planned for safety.
The good news? We're still open for porch pickup this evening! If there was something on the menu you were planning to stop by for, just send us a message and we'll be happy to bring your order out to you.

I don't think I was prepared for how much love y'all would show us this weekend. 🥹🩷

Since Thursday , we've been baking, restocking, and doing it all over again. Every time I think we're caught up, another batch seems to disappear. 😂
The cart is stocked back up for today, and we still have a little bit of almost everything left. We are officially sold out of our Oatmeal Cream Pie Dippers, and there are only a few Midnight Biscoff cookies left from our test batch.
We're also still running our 4 cookies for $20 deal today!
If you're out and about, come treat yourself. I'd love to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones before we wrap up the weekend. 🍪🩷

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for us today. 🌧️

We had to take down the bakery cart and tent because the rain came down way too hard to safely stay open. While we're disappointed, we are so incredibly grateful for the amazing support you've all shown us during our grand opening weekend.
In less than 24 hours, we've gained 50+ new followers, met so many wonderful people, and felt so much love from this community. Thank you for supporting this little dream of mine. It truly means the world.
The good news? We baked like crazy, so we still have plenty of treats available! If there's something you've been wanting, send us a message and we'll be happy to arrange a curbside pickup.

What an incredible first day with the bakery cart yesterday! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported us. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new customers made our day.

Due to the rain earlier this afternoon, we're extending our hours and will be open until 8:30 PM tonight!
What a day it has been. The support, the kind words, the familiar faces, and all the new customers who stopped by have completely blown me away. Thank you for making our grand opening so special.
