So the Sweet Tater Estate canning company has begun. We learned a lot about it for our first go round. Gonna fill them more next go round but for our first time I’m pumped. We’ve canned dill pickles, cowboy candies (jelopena peppers), and bannana peppers/cucumber mix. Working on freezing up some squash now. Trying to take advantage of the garden. It’s been fun working together today to store up some grub!
