Decided I was in a baking mood on this rainy morning....

Baking mini deep dish blueberry pies and mini espresso cheezecakes, because i wanted to make one of each and that doesn't make sense recipe wise... so now I have 2 extra of each.

These are the only options I have for payment and payments must be made at time of ordering. No cash on delivery, sorry. I cannot make exceptions for this because I'm a one-person operation here with a main job, so this is how I streamline my orders and track everything. Please don't give me a hard time about this, it's the way it needs to be done or things get forgotten.
Specify which option you are ordering by number, what flavor if that is an option, and if you need gluten free or reduced sugar options (monkfruit). I do not upcharge for these options.
Also let me know what area you live in, I will be arranging away to meet you to get you your treats within 30 minutes of Spring Lake. If you live outside of this area I can meet you within that radius, or ask me about shipping options if you live significantly outside of the area.

I have to do the orders differently this time, because my Venmo and PayPal accounts were both hacked, several charges made through them, and therefore frozen while that is looked into (that's why you should have different passwords for different accounts🤦‍♀️) and I don't want to deal with that level of stress and mess with those entities again. I'm still working with them through the PayPal one while they resolve everything.

We are live and taking orders for a limited selection of vegan baked goods/cheezecakes!
Online ordering is set up through my secure website.
Please allow 3 days for orders to be made and delivered. As of right now this business is just me.. Hoping to grow this soon and add some employees!

This is an initial run of my website, it is going to look better over time and I am going to add professional photos of the items offered on the menu, and work out any bugs.

I've decided to take the leap and create an official business for my vegan/ plant based baked goods!

plant•isserie is a vegan/plant-based patisserie/bakery
No eggs
No dairy
No honey
No animal products of any kind, ever.

But, lots of delicious treats, always!

Our items include cheezecakes, cakes, pies, cookies and other pastries/baked goods. Gluten Free options are available and will be noted in each item description. Selections change regularly, and current selections will be listed on the website and here on this page... but if you have something special in mind, never hesitate to reach out and ask. I will always do my best to accommodate.

** plant•isserie is not an exclusively gluten free kitchen, gluten is present and used in other items. **

*plant•isserie is currently operated under Michigan Cottage Law, and is under full liability insurance coverage. I am working on getting licensed and getting into a commercial kitchen, hopefully this summer. I am also beginning to look into the possibility of a brick and mortar location, so stay connected for updates!
