You can even play a hidden game of trivia, as all of our beers are named after famous Minnesotans, or people with significant ties to our state. In an ode to Minnesota's Nordic heritage, Back Channel celebrates the release of fresh IPA's much like their fellow Vikings...with an ale bowl, also known in the Nordic language as a SKAL. The bowl experience lasts throughout the first week of every IPA release, so there are plenty of bowl opportunities throughout the year.
