At Aegean Appetizers, we grow Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms in-house for use in our kitchen.

From time to time, we have limited excess harvest beyond our kitchen needs. These fresh, locally grown mushrooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

A traditional Turkish köfte plate inspired by the flavors of Manisa, named after the city’s plate code: 45.

This dish features four handcrafted skewers made with ground beef and ground lamb, seasoned with salt only to highlight the natural taste of the meat.
Grilled to stay juicy and served over butter-soaked pide bread, with grilled tomato and green pepper, finished with parsley and sumac.

A side of plain yogurt completes the plate.
