Nitro cold brew Redwood Coffee with a double espresso shot.

Experimenting with nitro infusion and cold brew techniques. I am seeing how they change the taste profile and texture of the coffee. So far delicious.
I am going to try adding a double shot of espresso to the cold brew next time and see how that does.

Redwood Coffee is now providing all the fresh roasted coffee and coffee equipment for Northside Church in Spring. It is my pleasure as a longtime Northsider to be able to share my passion for coffee with the staff, the volunteers and the congregation of Northside Church.
