It is time once again to a ride for the Mad Llama Cycling Club!

We’ll be meeting this Saturday 5/30 at Rothwood Park at 9:15am then rolling out ~9:30am. Taking the Spring Creek Greenway Trail for an ‘out-and-back’ before heading to the brewery for after-beers.

We hope all you bikers come out to be a part of this ride, enjoy yourself on it and look forward to seeing you at the brewery afterwards…Cheers 🍻!

It’s Wednesday at Mad Llama which normally means Steak and Fish night but unfortunately had to attend a funeral in Puerto Rico. Prayers out to their family 🙏🏻

Our Tamale Guy will be coming out between 7:15 and 7:45 with his awesome homemade Tamales!

We will still have Ladies Night all day and Bingo starting around 7:00.

Happy Memorial Day and thank you for your service to all of our Military members past and present from Mad Llama Brewing!

We are wrapping up brewing and are now going to open for you to come out and have an afternoon beer.

I am not going to have a specific closing time today as I am going to base it on interest. There will not have food available today since we didn’t plan on opening, so bring your own or order delivery.

The tent is up outside, so if you are just driving by and it is up then we are open. If you want to be sure we are still open before you head our way be sure to call first 832-717-4001, as I would hate for you to drive out and I closed already.

The newest beer from the sponsored small batch series is available starting at Noon!

Blumberry Llama Cream Ale

This easy drinking cream ale comes in at 6% ABV and is slightly tart but has a nice sweetness from the blueberries.

This is a limited run offering as we only have 8 gallons of the Blumberry. So come and get some before this gone. Thanks, Laurie and Brian as the assistant brewers and making it happen.

Unfortunately we had to have a menu change today as is unavailable today for personal reasons. Prayers to you from all of us at Mad Llama for a speedy recovery 🙏🏻!

Blumberry Llama Cream Ale

It’s Thirsty Thursday and the weather isn’t exactly cooperating with all the rain but it is keeping the temperature cooler and maybe we can have the bay door open today.

We will be opening early on Sunday at 11:00am with providing a Jamaican style Sunday brunch menu from 11:00. - 2:00 and then they will switch over to their traditional menu at 2:00.

We now offer a annual mug club so be sure to ask about it when you come in!

Mad Llama Brewing 2026 Mug Club! LETS GOOOOO!!

This is an annual Mug Club, and since we aren’t starting it at the beginning of the year we are selling them for HALF OFF! You get the rest of May and all of June as a bonus since, we haven’t reach the halfway point of the year! The cost is only $100 for the 2026 Mug Club.

What you get:
- your first pour on the day you buy your mug is free (this is the only time you get a free beer)
- $1 off all pours from the tap wall, every pour
- 16oz pour on typical 9oz pours
- We store the mug here for you to use when you come in and then you keep the mug at the end of the year

It’s Wednesday and yes I know the weather isn’t ideal but tonight is Steak & Fish Night and will be grilling up the Steaks and Fish despite the weather. You can’t beat the price with fish dinners and 2 sides for $15 and Steak dinners with 2 sides starting at $20!

It’s Ladies Night as usual with $1 off all pours from the tap wall all night long.

Bingo will start around 7:00.
