📣 What's happenin' everybody? Dr. Plates here! 🍽️🔥

First off, thank y'all for the love and support! We officially hit 100 followers, and I truly appreciate every single person who's been rocking with Dr. Plates Cajun Cuisine. This is only the beginning!

I also wanted to let y'all know that I'm starting a new job on Monday, so life is about to get a little busier. But don't worry... I'm still focused on building the Dr. Plates brand and bringing real Louisiana Cajun & Creole flavor to the Midwest.

The pots aren't cooling down anytime soon! I'll still be cooking, planning, and dropping plates, dinners, tastings, and special menu items, and this page will always be the first place to hear about it.

I picked up some fresh ingredients today and I've got a few ideas brewing 👨🏾‍🍳🔥 Stay tuned… we're just getting started.

Now tell me... what Louisiana dish should I bring out first? 👀

Reading your latest reviews has truly humbled me. Seeing people enjoy the food and take the time to leave kind words means more than I can put into words. Every meal is made with passion, and knowing that it brings people together makes it all worthwhile.
