8 POUNDS of beautiful cheese hand cut with my favorite tools! Mrs.Trusty, is my 1950’s tortoise shell marble finished cheese slicer that I found brand new in the box out and about thrifting*! IYKYK! Vintage kitchen tools are the best! I love my wavy knife to add textures and my favorite chef’s knife that I’ve used since 2018!
