As the summer months are upon us with long green grass & sunlight that hangs in the sky for just a few beats longer, here's a friendly reminder (that we often have to remind ourselves to do too 🙃):

And his name is...
COOL WHIP!

Cool Whip is one of our babies born this spring (though look how "big" he's getting!) His mini horse mom - Whiplash - is a farm favorite during the fall and she's been so great with him 😊

We decided to name him "Cool Whip" in honor of his mama, but also because he has the cutest dollop of white markings on his rear end 😆

He's waiting to welcome you in just a few short months for all your fall fun on the farm 🐴

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to all the amazing teachers of NWA!

It is one of our greatest delights to host field trips for students in partnership with their amazing educators ❤️

We get to see firsthand the care you have for your students: with every sq**rt of hand sanitizer on dirty hands, watchful eyes as little legs climb the hay pyramid, and the matching enthusiasm to all the smiles of joy & fun found on the farm! 🚜

A brief overview of what the Food Experience Manager will be doing:
▪︎Run and manage our on-site food truck during events
▪︎Help curate and recommend food vendors that align with our brand
▪︎Serve as the main point of contact for approved vendors
▪︎Oversee food service flow during busy days
▪︎Ensure a clean, organized, and enjoyable food environment for guests
▪︎Help create a food experience that feels intentional

This Friday morning - don't miss out! It's our last 2026 Spring Homeschool Day 🐣

Come play and learn on the farm with our new play kitchen & hay tower 🚜
PLUS 3 education stations:
🌱 Seed Starting
🐤 Baby chicks & the Chicken Growth Cycle
🐑 Petting farm animals with new spring babies (feed cups included for all student admission)

🎟 $5/student (3yr-18yr old youth)
Babies & adult/parent chaperones are welcome

Friday, May 1st
9am-12pm (self-guided)

Sherry had her own little field trip to the Fleece to Fiber event today!

Wool sheep (like our Sheila & Sherry) need to be shorn 1-2x a year so their fleece coat isn't thick & heavy in the heat of the summer months, but don't worry - it grows back in time to keep them warm & comfy during the winter!

Shout out to the team for doing an wonderful job at the hardwork, skill, & care it takes to shear sheep with excellence 🐑

It was SUCH an amazing time of learning & play last week at our first 2026 Spring Homeschool Day (as you can tell by our happy, sleepy chick at the end 🐣)
