Exciting news! We have now partnered with to offer our sourdough pizza crust in their farm-to-table subscription boxes!

LINC is an incredible cooperative that gathers products from local farmers and producers within 250 miles of Spokane to give customers a true taste of the region!

LINC was our first resource when we wanted to switch over to organic, WA-grown flour. We are very excited to now have the chance work with them and support them along their mission!

It means the baking is done, the products are packed, our customers are restocked, and you guys get fresh sourdough in your hands!

We have 93 bags of our sourdough crackers leaving the bakery this morning and headed in all sorts of directions.

Truth be told, I haven't been great about keeping up with social media since this past fall and here's my "why"!

Rockwell "Rocky" James Friedly was born on 2/4/26, officially joining the Spotted Acres Farm fam!

Baking while 9 months pregnant and through the first week postpartum were not for the faint of heart, but we made it and put out a fresh batch of all our normal products this week at the following shops:








NEXT week, however, we will be offering a limited menu so that our bake week isn't so intense and we can soak in some newborn snuggles.

So, be sure to stock up this week and check with each shop to see what they will be carrying next week! After that, we'll be back to our normal routine.
