I lived in Italy for 24 years and experienced the vibrancy of food prepared with expert care firsthand. There I saw the magic that came from embracing pasta-making as a way of life- a way to connect and show care. It’s less about the finished product and more about the love and intention that go into the process…though the end result is pretty delicious. It was the passion I witnessed throughout my stay that inspired me to seek out professional training during my time abroad, as my appreciation turned into personal passion; I love making pasta. And not just because it’s delicious (it is) but for me, the process is a meditation. It’s a labor of methodical love, and it’s that passion that infuses into every noodle; my pasta makes more than a meal. It’s a physical symbol of nourishing care and a vehicle for connection. My pasta and flavors are influenced by Northern Italy, a region known for its legacy of culinary excellence, as well as an emphasis on the family. This is why my pasta is more than just a meal- it’s a way to capture the essence of rich flavors and that feeling of Sunday night dinner with the people you love most. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all my family, friends, customers, and everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday. 🥰

Every message, call, comment, and kind word made my day even more special. I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life.

🎂✨ Today I turn 49, and I am so proud to be ME. ✨🎂

Today, I thank God, my Creator, for the beautiful gift of life. 🙏❤️ Thank You for carrying me through every season, for giving me strength through the difficult days, and for allowing me to see another birthday.

When I look back at my journey, I see how far I have come. I am a mother, a business owner, a student, a dreamer, and a woman who keeps going.

My life has had challenges, tears, lessons, changes, and beautiful victories. Every part of my story has helped make me the woman I am today.

And today I can say it from my heart:

❤️ I am proud of the woman I have become.
❤️ I am proud of my journey.
❤️ I am so proud to be ME.
