And not just because it’s delicious (it is) but for me, the process is a meditation. It’s a labor of methodical love, and it’s that passion that infuses into every noodle; my pasta makes more than a meal. It’s a physical symbol of nourishing care and a vehicle for connection. My pasta and flavors are influenced by Northern Italy, a region known for its legacy of culinary excellence, as well as an emphasis on the family. Hi everyone! Im looking for a reliable, happy helper to join her at the Peoria Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, all summer until September 2homemade pasta and offering $30 an hour.

We’re looking for a responsible college student or single mom who loves sales, is upbeat, dependable, and will not call off last minute. Reliability is extremely important. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role, so you must be comfortable interacting with customers, not shy, and able to keep up in a busy environment.

Interviews can be done over the phone or by video call since she’s based in Springfield, unless you’d prefer to meet in person. Payment is given right after each market.
