A new chapter, with the same love for a really good drink. 🥂
You may remember this page as Cork + Board. As my work has grown and evolved, so has what I’m building.
Meet ZØMM.
The name comes from zommelier, or zero-proof sommelier. It lets me keep doing so much of what I loved about the w**e business, but now with high-quality non-alcoholic beverages.
ZØMM is focused on helping bars, restaurants, venues, and other hospitality businesses rethink their zero-proof options. I’ll be working with businesses on their drink programs, offering education and consulting, and helping them create alcohol-free options that deserve a real place on the menu.
Beyond Bottleshop isn’t going anywhere either. You’ll still find me pouring curated non-alcoholic and functional drinks at events and pop-ups throughout Central Ohio and beyond.
I’m incredibly grateful to Reimagine Gifts & More for giving Beyond Bottleshop a home over the past two years and for being part of this chapter.
I’m also glad that some of our favorite products will still have a home there.
For me, this is simply the next step in something I’ve already been building.
