It’s been a busy couple of weeks over here!

We’ve got your red, white and blue cookies
Some glitter maroon cookies
Shell and mermaid tails (first time trying out mermaid tails)
We’ve got a red, white and blue swirl cookie

And lastly, for those who don’t know about my son, he has some food allergies and this weekend happens to be his birthday and he asked me to make him some blue and orange tiger cookies. They are nut free cookies and his favorite is chocolate filling.

So if you’re looking for allergen friendly macarons, I’m here for it! These are the second batch I’ve made that are nut free and my son is obsessed with them!

Got the opportunity to make some macarons for teacher appreciation week AND for a graduation party this weekend!

I feel so blessed to be able to do this for such big occasions! Thank you so so much for all the support!

I had so much fun with this order! It took me a couple tries with each but I learned so much and the satisfaction of the end results are everything!

I’ve had a lot of questions about ordering and flavors so I made a little something to hopefully answer some questions!

Most popular are my boxes. There’s 12 in a box and I can do just about any flavor! Variety will be random and what I have available.

As far as the flavors I have pictured, these are just SOME of the flavors I can do. If you don’t see a flavor here that you’d like to try, just let me know and I will do my best to make it happen!

I am learning everyday and love trying new things! If there’s a shape you need/want I would love to try it!

Turn around time depends on how many you need and if you’re wanting a specific shape! Just message me what you’re needing and I can let you know a more specific time frame!

Today was a very special day for my three year old!

Little back story: My son was 7 months old when he had an allergic reaction to chicken eggs. At 1 year we found out he was allergic to eggs, cows milk, peanuts and tree nuts and some other environmental things.

Fast forward: He’s been the one right beside me through all of these macaron batches asking if he can try one and me having to tell him he can’t have any since they’re made with chicken eggs and almond flour.

So mom went on a mission to find a way to make some that he can have. These are his special batch made with duck eggs and all purpose flour. He picked out green, blue and yellow and is super excited!

They’re not the same consistency as my normal macarons but if you have a nut allergy or chicken egg allergy just know I can make you some too!

They both turned out so cute!!

So many macarons and so many flavors!! The amount of orders I received and are still receiving has filled my heart with so much joy! I love the art of making these and being able to make others happy by giving them delicious treats! I am so so blessed! Thank you!

It’s been a major baking day with 8 total batches of macarons! And I’m happy to say I only had one Korbyn (my 3year old) accident where he got to close to a pan and messed up a couple cookies before I got to bake them 😅 Plus side gor my oldest was he got to eat them.

Tomorrow will be filling day so stay tuned for the flavors and the final stage of these beauties!

Coffee macaron cookies! Great for tiramisu, macchiato or any other coffee flavor that you love!

Chocolate peppermint and gingerbread are officially done!

I had so much fun with this order. Customer’s only request was that she needed 60 macarons and I had a couple flavors I’d been wanting to try out!

Chocolate peppermint is filled with peppermint cream cheese with a dash of dark chocolate in the middle.

Gingerbread is filled with a gingerbread frosting with a little white chocolate dash in the middle.

I love how much I’m learning and how beautiful these turned out!!

With Christmas parties coming up, I’d love to make some macarons for you! I make them and you bring them. Less work for you but a delicious treat for you and your favorite people!
