Our next featured spirit in our line of amazing award winning Gins is the Songbird Mockingbird Gin made with honey.

This extraordinary spirit is distilled Old Tom style, which was a popular Gin in 18th century England. It is sweeter than modern London Dry style, but dryer than the Dutch Jenever. We age our Mockingbird Gin in mead casks for 3 months and then back sweeten it with the addition of Orange Blossom Honey.

Songbird Mockingbird Gin is a Gold Medal award-winning Gin noted by judges as “a complex mix of fruits and savory spices with a delightful honeyed grain tone.”
