We had a great Sunday afternoon at Gillioz Theatre celebrating the Gillioz 100: The Centennial Celebration!

It’s always an honor to be able to collaborate and partner with other businesses as historic and remarkable as The Gillioz Theatre. They are a landmark in our community and it was such a privilege to be a part of recognizing builder M.E. Gillioz through this private label limited run Old M.E. Bourbon.

We hope that you get to enjoy a taste of it too!

We have a great crowd swinging by today for world class Springfield Brewing Company beers, Paloma’s and of course Michael’s famous Bloody Marys. 🍹🍺

We were incredibly happy to have our good friends from Gillioz Theatre swing by this afternoon for a behind the scenes look at how we helped create Old M.E. for them in honor of M.E. Gillioz the builder and founder of the iconic Gillioz Theater in Springfield, MO.

Our distillery team showed them a bit of the process and let them take a hands on approach to learning. Now you know you’re bottle has a little love coming your way with it, including some from the Gillioz Theatre team themselves.

Our distillery team partnered with the Gillioz Theatre crew and poured their love, and a whole lot of labor into crafting this 100-proof, 6-year, 750ml Old M.E. Centennial Edition Bourbon Wh***ey.

This limited-edition keepsake celebrates Mr. Gillioz’s well-known appreciation for quality wh***ey and the beautiful theatre he built in 1926.

If you noticed the pink logo then you’re one step closer to helping us spread awareness for how to help in the fight against breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Ty Iechyd Da Distillery is partnering with Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks for our “Spirit of Support” campaign. During the entire month of October, a portion of the proceeds from all Ty Iechyd Da Distillery spirit sales will support the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks. Look for the pink displays at participating local retailers during the month of October, as well as at our venue locations.

Our cocktail crafters have created the Strawberry Gin Fizz that will be available at each of our venue locations and $2 from every sale of that cocktail will go directly to BCFO as well!
