Been a while since we’ve posted.

Honestly. The internet space is tough these days…

Anyways, we are still here and we have new beers on.

Our saison with the lime leaves is back and crispy as ever.

We brought in a Schwarzbier (black lager) from the historic brewery, Köstritzer.

And the legendary Stiegl Pils is back!

Got a nice haul of tomatoes from Turnbuckle Farm, so we’re doin’ a classic.

The Meatball Sandwich is taking a vacation, so BLT is filling in!

The classic BLT doesn’t need a lot of innovation. The only thing new we’ve really added to the formula is our basil-mayo. Aaaand we are slicing and toasting brioche to order! Lastly, we are featuring some tomatoes* from our good buds Turnbuckle Farm. *(while supplies last)*

Plus: bacon.

Got inspired by and and now we have a pea toast.

Whirled peas with a lemon-herb dressing, goat cheese moose, white and pickled red onions, almonds & fresh dill and mint on a big ol toasted slice of brioche.
