✨ Behind the Scenes #4: Dreaming for over a year!

It’s hard to believe we’ve been dreaming about Oregon Boards & Bubbles for over a year.

What started as conversations around the dinner table has slowly turned into late-night planning sessions, notebooks full of ideas, phone calls, research, and countless to-do lists.

It’s amazing how something that once felt so far away is becoming real.

There’s still plenty to do, but every day we’re getting closer.

We can’t wait to share it with all of you! 🥂🧀

Every great business starts somewhere. ❤️

Today was one of those days we'll remember.

We spent the day at Home Depot gathering materials before heading home to start building our charcuterie cart together. Andrea, her dad, and I worked side by side, and by the end of the day we were about 70% finished!

This cart is more than just wood and hardware—it's the beginning of a dream we've been working toward together.

We can't wait to serve weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations all across Oregon.

✨ Behind the Scenes #3: The “Why” Behind Oregon Boards & Bubbles

One question we’ve been asked a lot is…

“Why did you decide to start Oregon Boards & Bubbles?”

The answer is simple: we love bringing people together.

As a husband-and-wife team, we’ve always believed that some of life’s best moments happen when family and friends gather around good food. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and backyard get-togethers—it’s never just about what’s being served. It’s about the memories being made.

When we started dreaming about Oregon Boards & Bubbles, we knew we wanted to create more than beautiful charcuterie. We wanted to create an experience that helps make every celebration feel a little more special.

Over the past several months, we’ve spent countless evenings planning, researching, learning, and preparing for this dream. Every detail—from food safety and permits to our menu and the cart we’re building this weekend—is being thoughtfully chosen because we want every client to feel confident inviting us to be part of their special day.

This business is built with a lot of hard work, plenty of excitement, and a whole lot of heart.

We’re thrilled to share that Andrea is now a certified Food Protection Manager! 🎉

Hours of studying, a proctored exam, and one very big step closer to launching Oregon Boards & Bubbles the right way.

✨ Behind the Scenes #1: Building Oregon Boards & Bubbles the Right Way

Starting a mobile charcuterie business is about so much more than beautiful boards and delicious food.

Today we took another big step toward opening by speaking with the Health Department about everything needed to operate safely and legally. There are permits, inspections, certifications, and so many details happening behind the scenes that most people never see.

While these steps take time, they’re worth every bit of the effort because our goal is simple: to give you complete confidence when you invite us to be part of your wedding, party, or special event.

We’re committed to doing things the right way from day one, and we’re getting one step closer to bringing Oregon Boards & Bubbles to life!
