Food handler certifications. Food manager certification. OLCC licensing. Commissary kitchen setup. Pre-opening health inspection. ✔️

Not exactly the glamorous part of Oregon Boards & Bubbles, but all the things that needed to happen before we could say this:

We’ve been busy behind the scenes! 🧀🥂

Andrea and I have been working hard to get Oregon Boards & Bubbles lined up and ready to start serving you all beautiful boards, bubbly, and delicious treats.

And we’re not stopping at charcuterie! 👀 We’ve been slowly building a selection of dessert options that will be available as a special add-on for anyone with a sweet tooth. 🍓🍫🍪

We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share more with you!

Date night… but make it a business expense. 😉🥂

After a long weekend being vendors at a market, we could’ve called it a night. Instead, we decided to keep learning!

Tonight was all about continued education, sharpening our skills, and learning from other talented creatives. Because when you’re building something from the ground up, there’s always something new to learn.

Knowledge is power — and we’re here for all of it! 💪✨

We’re not just building Oregon Boards & Bubbles. We’re investing in ourselves, our craft, and the experiences we want to create for our future clients.
