Good Morning everyone.
I've been a little behind on updates so here we go.
We got the "Doing it live" IPA all bottled up and has been enjoyed for the past couple of weeks.
I have also brewed a second beer with Rob and Max that is unnamed at this point. It's a nice smooth tasting Lager hopped with Magnum and Lemondrop that is 4.2 ABV that again is bottled and already being enjoyed.
The third beer will be brewed with in the next week or two and was inspired by my wife's love of Pete's Wicked Strawberry many years ago and has been a hit for the last couple of years Chris's Strawberry Blonde Ale, this beer will be smooth ale with the taste of fresh local Strawberries. Until then here are some pictures of tasty beer.
The first picture shown is the IPA with A nice Boston background. The second is the Lager in it's natural habitat here in Springfield.

Good afternoon everyone.
Just transferred "Doing it live IPA" the first beer of 2020. It looks and smells awesome! came in at 7.5 ABV just needs some carbonation and a glass then we are ready for the weekend.
Now what to brew?? Looking forward to getting some brew nights going again so until then. Cheers

Hello everyone and Happy Hump Day! Or what ever it is these days. Hope everyone has been safe and healthy.
So it's been a while but things are coming together.
With the introduction of a 10 gallon brew pot my son and I brewed the first batch of 2020.
It is a Double IPA with Cascade and Lemon drop hops in the boil and the step dry hopped with Citra, Idaho 7 and Strata should come in around 8.5.

Good morning all.
I've seen a lot of people checking the page and some new likes also so let me bring you up to speed on what is going on.
Bill and Mike have decided to move on and do their own thing. I (Todd) will be brewing the same great Empty Bee beers while incorporating new ones going forward.
Thank all of you for your past and future support. I will be posting another update very soon and look forward to getting back to brewing. In the mean time stay thirsty. Cheers

It's Brewing time again!
This Friday we will be brewing a beer we wanted to make called The Amazing Zythos. This beer will be an IPA hopped with Citra, Zythos and El Dorado, with an ABV of 6.5%.
Zythos is a new hop we have been wanting to try that offers notes and aromas of Tangerine, Grapefruit, Pine and Pineapple.
We also still have some T-shirts available for just 12.00 each. A truly great gift for your favorite beer drinkers.

Happy November!
Sorry for the late notice but we WILL be in the Brewery this evening. We are going to step outside of the box and take a shot at a Gluten Free Hard cider.
We will also be Tapping the long awaited “One Eyed Gourd” pumpkin beer. We have to say, when we did the transfer last night and sampled the warm, uncarbonated version, we can't wait to drink the finished product today. If Pumpkin isn't your thing, we also have PeachBuzz, Caber Crusha and a couple others on tap to sample. (But you really should try the Pumpkin, Just sayin.)
We still have t-shirts available for $12.00. They are going fast and we will soon be down to limited sizes, so make sure you get one ASAP!
