No one will ever truly understand the amount of appreciation and gratitude a review like this gives us.

Most people will never see all the little pieces that go into each day — all the energy, effort, and sacrifice it takes to run a small business, especially in today’s environment. Things might look smooth from the outside, but we’re no different from anyone else. We’ve had our challenges and we continue to face them. There have been times where the future was up in the air — times we weren’t sure if we’d be able to open up another day.

Oh, and let’s not forget the whole other level of stress and complexity that comes with working with family — but we’ll save that one for another day 😂

And we’re human. We’re not perfect. I’m the first one to admit as the owner that we haven’t always given our best. Life happens, and unfortunately it affects us all a little differently. But all we can do is learn from it and try to be better.

This message right here? This is what keeps us going. So much recognition, so much genuine appreciation.
