er the anticipated cost of the farm operation. About our CSA? At Moffitt Farms our goal is to provide healthy organically grown produce. How does it work? The growing season is approximately 18 weeks or more. Our members will pay one set price for the entire season. Each week you will receive a basket of whatever has been harvested that week. What do we plant? Beans, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Eggplant, Garlic, Hot peppers, Lettuce, Melon, Onion, Peppers, Potatoes, Pumpkin, Radish, Summer Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, Turnip, Winter Squash and more.
