The Little has earned himself a 6 month vacation to potentially full retirement from driving due to the onset of seizures. The cause has not yet been definitively diagnosed, despite extensive testing.

Our very own Baby Louie topped the charts at the Young Horse Series held in Sedalia. Jungle Book, bred by DQ Sportpferd/Tawna House is a 2021 Gold Champagne Oldenburg Stallion.
He earned the Highest Score of the entire competition, won the 3 Year Old In Hand and placed 3rd in the 3 Year Old Jump Chute.
Not too shabby for a 143cm (14h) pony against primarily “real sized” horses. 😊

L’il Bit at Obstacle 5. Valkyrie's Haven, LLC. The teeny tot won this obstacle with the fastest time in the Prelim Single Pony. Pony (or Large Pony) is defined as 120-148cm or 12.0-14.2h. L’il Bit sticks at 12.2.
The longest “short” at 7k, the hilliest course and the muddiest course the ponies have seen all rolled into one. Li’l Bit at obstacle 3 at Valkyrie’s Halloween at the Haven. L’il had the 2nd fastest time in this obstacle. Many thanks to first time Navigator Deb Frye who had a challenging job to keep us upright on the tight turns, slick footing and terrain and to Carrie Ostrowski O-ski Equine for coaching
